Kyle G. Leon is an associate attorney at The Cook Group's Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on complex litigation, including premises liability, products liability, and commercial arbitration.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where he gained hands-on legal experience through his involvement with the Parent Re-entry and Child Support Clinic. During law school, Kyle worked as a law clerk, assisting with depositions and drafting motions for summary judgment in multi-state and multidistrict litigation cases. He also conducted research and document analysis in commercial arbitration matters.
Prior to law school, Kyle completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Duquesne University, where he also minored in Biochemistry and Political Science. During his undergraduate studies, he was an active member of the Alpha Chi Sigma fraternity and served as the Executive Vice President of the Student Government Association.
Kyle also gained experience as a legal intern with a district attorney's office, where he organized DUI files, conducted legal research, and assisted with preparing briefs related to Pennsylvania vehicle code violations. His diverse background in both the public and private sectors helps him provide well-rounded and insightful representation to his clients.
