Emily O’Leary is an Associate Attorney at The Cook Group’s New York City office.

Emily received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Emily was a member of the Student Bar Association and served as President for the 2021-2022 term. Emily was a competitor and Reimel Competition Administrator for the Villanova Law Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the National Trial Team where she competed in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Regional competition finishing as a finalist in her second and third years of law school. Additionally, Emily was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Denis P. Cohen in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and was a student attorney at the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services (CARES).

Emily graduated cum laude from Rutgers University, where she was a Political Science and Criminal Justice major with a minor in Sociology.
