Jason Null is a Partner in The Cook Group’s New York City office, practicing in areas of asbestos and toxic tort litigation. Jason is well versed in handling various types of clients in toxic tort litigation; he understands the nuances of every defendant and appropriately tailors a unique defense strategy to each.  Jason has significant experience in handling cases from inception to trial, including taking dozens of depositions, advising clients on a daily basis, and serving as second chair on several trials in New York.  Prior to joining The Cook Group, Jason spent five and a half years working for another insurance defense firm in New York City, spending time in both the firm’s Asbestos and General Liability departments. 

Jason earned his Juris Doctor and his Master’s in Business Administration from St. Thomas University in 2014. In 2011, Jason earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, with concentrations in Marketing and Sport Administration. 

Jason is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
