Omar H. Samuel is a Senior Associate at The Cook Group’s New York City Office. Prior to joining The Cook Group Omar spent four years working for a large New York Law firm focusing on product’s liability, negligence, and labor law claims involving exposure to asbestos. Omar has defended product manufacturer, distributor, and contractor clients in hundreds of depositions as well as managed many of those cases through all stages of discovery.
Omar received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz and his Law Degree from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the mock trial team and represented criminal defendants through the school’s criminal justice clinic. He is admitted to the bar of the state of New York.
