Joe Hargraves is the Managing Partner of the St. Louis, Missouri office for The Cook Group. Joe focuses his practice on toxic torts claims including products and premises claims, asbestos defense, and other toxic torts as well as general civil defense matters.
Joe has defended a multitude of companies and product manufacturers in asbestos claims throughout Illinois and Missouri for the last decade. He serves as National Coordinating Counsel for several high-profile defendants and develops and coordinates defense strategies for clients in Madison County, St. Clair County, and St. Louis as well as national clients. Joe assists and leads the development of efficient and cost-effective approaches for navigating the high-volume litigation in Illinois and Missouri. He handles all aspects of litigation through negotiation of case resolution and trial preparations.
Joe also practices general civil litigation in Missouri and Illinois including insurance defense matters and small business litigation disputes along with representing individual clients.
