Nicole Wesselmann is a Founding Partner in The Cook Group’s New York City office practicing in the areas of toxic tort and asbestos litigation. She has extensive experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, trial preparation and negotiating dismissals and settlements in the defense of manufacturers, contractors and suppliers in the New York City Asbestos Litigation and as National Coordinating Counsel.
Nicole graduated from Reed College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2006. While at Fordham, Ms. Wesselmann was an Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Magna Cum Laude Public Service Award.
