Stephanie Lummus is an associate in The Cook Group’s St. Louis, Missouri office. Before joining The Cook Group, Stephanie practiced in the areas of toxic tort litigation, criminal defense, civil rights, municipal, housing, and domestic law. Stephanie is devoted to public interest issues and has participated in complex impact litigation and class action lawsuits designed to challenge areas of law that disenfranchise vulnerable communities. As part of her commitment to community development, Stephanie served on the Board of Directors for Assisi House, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to providing housing for homeless individuals in the St Louis area.
Before becoming an attorney, Stephanie served in the U.S. Navy as a radar and weapons technician on fighter jets. She is a combat veteran having deployed on two aircraft carriers to Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. After her military service, Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2009. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 2012. Stephanie is admitted to practice in the state of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
