Nadia Abed is an associate in The Cook Group’s New York City office. Her practice focuses primarily on complex toxic tort litigation where she represents clients ranging from contractors to product manufacturers and distributors.

Prior to joining The Cook Group, Nadia was a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Daniel J. Yablonsky in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She managed a wide variety of family law dockets including post-judgement matrimonial, domestic violence, restraining order violations, and sexual assault.

Nadia received her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2021. While attending law school, she was a member of multiple organizations and clinics, served on the executive board of The Journal of Global Rights and Organizations, and was Lead Editor of News for Impunity Watch News. Nadia was also a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Gerald Lebovits in the New York County Supreme Court.

Nadia received her Bachelor of Arts degrees from The University of Central Florida in 2017. Nadia is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
