The Cook Group is pleased to announce the addition of Partner John Beseau to the firm’s St. Louis office. John is a skilled attorney who focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation, including real estate disputes, in State and Federal Courts.

John has tried multiple matters to verdict as first-chair in jury and bench trials, including claims seeking declaratory and equitable relief and temporary and permanent injunctions. He successfully briefed and argued several matters before the Missouri Court of Appeals and has won a case before the Missouri Supreme Court.
John earned his BSBA from Saint Louis University and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
