This marks our fourth year participating in the year-long, structured certification process since joining in 2020.

By focusing on transparent and inclusive advancement processes and requiring that at least 30% of our leadership candidate pools consist of individuals from underrepresented groups, we are creating a more level playing field for all.
The Plus designation reflects our dedication to making real, measurable progress. By voluntarily providing data to Diversity Lab, we demonstrated our efforts to broaden our talent pools and increase the visibility of our advancement processes. This transparency allows us to celebrate our progress while continuing to identify areas for further improvement.
