CHICAGO — The Cook Group is pleased to announce that Thomas G. Grace has been named Partner in the firm’s Chicago office.
Tom’s practice focuses on product liability and toxic tort litigation, commercial disputes, insurance coverage and tender matters, business torts, and civil appeals. He has represented a wide range of manufacturers and businesses in litigation, including national retailers, outdoor power equipment companies, fireplace manufacturers, and tool rental companies.
Over the course of his career, Tom has represented both closely held and publicly traded companies in complex litigation matters. He approaches cases with a practical mindset and an understanding of the business and operational realities clients face when managing litigation risk, costs, and exposure.

Tom earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Business Law Journal. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction from Kenyon College.
He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Nevada, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and is a member of the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar.
