Ashley Rodgers is a Partner in The Cook Group’s Pennsylvania office, where she represents clients in complex litigation matters, relying on her experience across a broad range of practice areas, including transportation and trucking liability, employment law, professional liability, medical malpractice, toxic tort, and general casualty defense.
With over a decade of litigation experience, Ashley has handled cases in both state and federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She regularly represents insured and excess carriers in high-stakes disputes, managing all aspects of litigation from case strategy through resolution. Her practice includes depositions, mediations, and court appearances across multiple jurisdictions.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, where she earned two CALI awards and a writing commendation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, where she graduated magna cum laude and held multiple leadership positions.
Ashley is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is actively involved in the legal community through her participation in the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she serves on Council for the Women in the Law Division, and as a member of the Gender Equality Committee and the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion.
