Nathen Castillo is an associate in The Cook Group’s Florida office, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. He brings a broad range of experience in matters involving contract disputes, personal injury claims, insurance regulation, and estate planning.
Nathen represents clients in all phases of litigation and is skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, and providing clear, strategic guidance throughout the litigation process. His background includes supporting in-house counsel with regulatory compliance and contract analysis, as well as managing pre-litigation personal injury matters.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review. Nathen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a minor in Criminology, from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
