Brian is a litigator, regularly representing trustees, beneficiaries, non-profits, employers and small business owners in complex litigation. With 15 years of experience in commercial, employment and probate litigation, Brian never loses sight of his clients’ bottom line. His clients’ objectives are his objectives.
Brian practices throughout Missouri and Illinois . He has managed and tried cases in state and federal Courts, employing an aggressive but efficient approach. He has won several jury and bench trials and successfully resolved many more through mediation and arbitration. Regardless of the size or complexity of the dispute, Brian understands that dogged preparation and effective presentation of his clients’ positions are key to success.
Brian has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and named a Best Lawyer in America by U.S. News & World Report for several years.
Active in his community, Brian currently co-chairs the Loyola Academy of St. Louis Annual Golf Shootout, a golf tournament which raised more than $250,000 last year for the Jesuit school in Midtown St. Louis. He has formerly served on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis chapter of Boys Hope Girls Hope and Cornerstone Center for Early Learning in the Shaw neighborhood and remains an active supporter of both.
Brian and his wife are proud residents of St. Louis Hills in South St. Louis, where they enjoy raising their seven-year-old twins. When the twins are not taking up his time (which is seldom), Brian can be found playing golf, traveling and cheering on his beloved St. Louis Cardinals, STL City, Kansas Jayhawks and Sunderland Black Cats.
