Brian Wacker is a litigator. He is an ardent advocate for employers, trustees, fiduciaries, contractors and manufacturers. With more than a dozen years of experience in complex litigation, Brian never loses sight of the client’s bottom line. His clients’ objectives are his objectives.

Brian focuses his practice on representing and defending clients throughout Missouri and Illinois in employment disputes, commercial litigation, trust and estate litigation and toxic tort disputes. He has successfully managed and tried litigation in state and federal Courts, employing an aggressive but effective approach. He is involved in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation risk evaluation, filing suit, discovery, trial and appeal. He tried numerous jury and bench trials and has mediated and arbitrated many more. Brian understands that dogged preparation and effective presentation of his clients’ positions are key to achieving their objectives.

Brian was selected as a “Rising Star” by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2017 and named a Best Lawyer in America by U.S. News & World Report in 2021 and 2022.

Brian is also active in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis chapter of Boys Hope Girls Hope as well as the Immigrant Home English Learning Program organization in St. Louis City. He is an active supporter of Cornerstone Center for Early Learning in the City’s Shaw neighborhood and Loyola Academy in Midtown St. Louis.

Brian and his wife are proud residents of St. Louis Hills in South St. Louis, where they enjoy raising their four-year old twins. When the twins are not taking up his time (which is seldom), Brian can be found playing golf and pickleball or cheering on his beloved Cardinals, Blues, Kansas Jayhawks and Sunderland Black Cats.
