Brian Wacker is a litigator. He regularly represents trustees, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, employers, and small business owners. With more than a dozen years of front-line experience in complex commercial and probate litigation, Brian never loses sight of the client’s bottom line. His clients’ objectives are his objectives.

Brian focuses his practice on representing and defending clients throughout Missouri and Illinois in probate and estate, real estate, and employment litigation. He has managed and tried litigation in state and federal Courts, employing an aggressive yet efficient approach. He has won several jury and bench trials and successfully resolved many more through mediation and arbitration. Throughout it all, Brian understands that dogged preparation and effective presentation of his clients’ positions are key to achieving their objectives.

Brian has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and named a Best Lawyer in America by U.S. News & World Report on multiple occasions.

Active in his community, Brian serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis chapter of Boys Hope Girls Hope and is an active supporter of Cornerstone Center for Early Learning in the City’s Shaw neighborhood and Loyola Academy in Midtown St. Louis.

Brian and his wife are proud residents of St. Louis Hills in South St. Louis, where they enjoy raising their six-year-old twins. When the twins are not taking up his time (which is seldom), Brian can be found playing golf and pickleball, traveling or cheering on his beloved Cardinals, STL City, Kansas Jayhawks, and Sunderland Black Cats.
