Nicholas Gross is an associate in The Cook Group’s New York City office. His practice focuses on real property from both a litigation and transactional aspect in addition to general litigation.
Prior to joining The Cook Group, Nicholas gained experience in a vast array of legal fields while working in Manhattan and Westchester. Nicholas has helped clients with the purchase of residential and commercial property, resolved landlord-tenant conflicts, and litigated title and boundary disputes. Nicholas has also represented insurers and their insureds in a wide range of civil litigation matters throughout New York State. Through it all, Nicholas is known for delivering clear, solutions-oriented counsel backed by deep industry knowledge.
Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s Honor List each year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Central Connecticut State University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
